Questions
Are my files uploaded to a server?
No. The file is read by your browser and processed in the page. It never reaches a server, so there is no upload to wait for, no queue, and no copy of your document sitting somewhere with a retention policy.
What page range formats are accepted?
Single pages (7), ranges (3-8), and comma-separated combinations of the two (1-5, 12, 20-24). Pages are written in the order the document has them.
Can I split one PDF into several files at once?
Each run produces one file from one selection. To break a document into several pieces, run the tool once per range.
Is the text still selectable afterwards?
Yes. Pages are copied rather than re-rendered, so text, fonts and vector content survive exactly as they were.
