Please include your player id. It's on the Profile screen: tap the level badge on the home screen. Tell us your phone model and what happened, and add a screenshot if you can. Critter Royale is made by one person, so a reply can take a few days.

Something I bought didn't show up

The game checks every purchase with Apple or Google before adding it, so it can take a moment. If you closed the game or lost your connection, open it again: unfinished purchases are retried each time the home screen loads, and you'll see "Your purchase came through" when it arrives. Purchases that are waiting for a parent's approval or a slow payment arrive once they are approved.

On iPhone you can also open the Profile screen and tap "Restore purchases". If it still doesn't appear, email us with your player id and the order number from your App Store or Google Play receipt.

Refunds

Apple and Google handle payments and refunds. On iPhone, ask at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, see Google Play's refund help: https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. When a purchase is refunded, the game removes what it gave you.

Moving to a new phone

Before you switch, open the Profile screen and tap "Save your progress" to link your player to Sign in with Apple (iPhone) or Google Play Games (Android). On the new phone, sign in with the same account from the Profile screen and your critters, progress and purchases come back. Without that link, a new phone starts a new player.

Ads and privacy choices

The game only shows an ad when you tap to watch one for a bonus. You can see what the game sends and why in Settings, then Privacy. If you are in a region where Google's consent rules apply, "Privacy choices" on that screen lets you change your answer. Players under 18 only get ads that aren't based on their activity. I can't get into an online match

Check your internet connection and try again. If the game says your version doesn't match the server, update Critter Royale from the store. You can always play a Practice match against bots while you wait.

Why does the game ask for my year of birth?

Critter Royale is for players 13 and up, and the answer also decides what kind of ads you can get. The game keeps only whether you are old enough and whether you are 18 or older, never the year itself.

Deleting your account

In the game: tap the gear on the home screen to open Settings, tap "Delete my account", then "Yes, continue", then "Delete forever". This deletes your player, progress, purchases and match records on our servers and your sign-in account. It can't be undone, and purchases can't move to a new account later.

Without the game (for example, if you already uninstalled it): email joel.jaimon99@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Critter Royale account". Include your player id from the Profile screen, or, if you linked Sign in with Apple or Google Play Games, tell us which one and roughly when you last played so we can find the account. We'll confirm by email once it is deleted.

What gets deleted and what is kept (purchase receipts with your player id removed, for refunds and accounting) is explained in the privacy policy: https://lexaapps.com/apps/critter-royale/privacy-policy#retention
