Terms & Conditions

By downloading, installing, or using PressMe ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Joel Jaimon ("Developer", "we", "us").

PressMe is a reflex and cognitive challenge game available on iOS and Android. The App offers multiple game modes (Noob, Dean, and Madness) featuring challenges that test reaction speed, memory, pattern recognition, and mental agility. The App includes weekly leaderboards, adaptive difficulty, AI-generated weekly challenges, rewarded video advertisements, and optional premium subscription features.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable Apple App Store or Google Play Store terms of service.

The App uses Apple Game Center (iOS) or Google Play Games (Android) for authentication. If neither service is available, an anonymous account is created automatically via Firebase. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and gaming platform account. We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your device or platform credentials.

PressMe offers optional auto-renewing subscription plans ("PressMe Madness") that unlock the Madness game mode, exclusive challenge types, enhanced combo multipliers, daily continue tokens, and a separate weekly leaderboard. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store at the prices displayed at the time of purchase.

• Billing: Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account upon purchase confirmation.
• Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's App Store or Play Store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple or Google, as applicable. We do not process refunds directly.

The free version of PressMe displays rewarded video advertisements powered by Google AdMob. These ads are optional and provide in-game benefits (such as a second chance after a game over). The App limits rewarded ads to a maximum of 2 per session. By watching rewarded ads, you agree to Google's advertising terms and policies.

PressMe features weekly leaderboards where your display name, avatar, score, and game mode are visible to other players. You agree to:

• Not use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party tools to manipulate scores or game outcomes.
• Not submit falsified or artificially inflated scores.
• Not impersonate other players or use offensive display names.

We reserve the right to remove leaderboard entries and suspend accounts that violate fair play standards. Score submissions are validated server-side, and invalid submissions are automatically rejected.

When using PressMe, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• Not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Not modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the App.
• Not interfere with or disrupt the App's servers, networks, or infrastructure.
• Not exploit the App for any commercial purpose without our prior written consent.

All content, features, and functionality of PressMe — including but not limited to game design, challenge mechanics, visual assets, animations, text, code, and AI-generated challenge content — are owned by Joel Jaimon and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent from the Developer.

PressMe is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. Game availability, leaderboard functionality, and AI-generated content are subject to service availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joel Jaimon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of or inability to use the App, any unauthorized access to your data, or any interruption or cessation of the App's services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for all claims related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms, undermines fair play, or is harmful to other users or the App's infrastructure. Upon termination, your license to use the App is revoked immediately. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved in the competent courts located in India. This does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be reflected in an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should discontinue use of the App.
